NAVERTICA a.s. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the merchants who use our Category Tiles application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with the App.
1. Information We Collect
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account via the Shopify APIs:
- Shop Information: Your shop's domain, name, email address, and locale. This is used to provide and manage the App's service.
- Collection and Product Data: We access collection and product information to enable the selection and display of subcollection tiles on your storefront.
- Metafields: We create and manage app-owned metafields to store your subcollection configurations.
Note: We do NOT collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from your customers. The App functions by rendering collection data already present in your Shopify store.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the core functionality of the App (displaying subcollection tiles).
- Maintain and improve the App's performance.
- Communicate with you regarding technical updates or support requests.
- Comply with Shopify's mandatory data protection requirements.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We only share information with third parties as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by law:
- Shopify: We share data with Shopify as part of the standard App functionality and to comply with the Partner Program Agreement.
- Infrastructure Providers: We may use trusted cloud infrastructure providers (such as GitHub Pages or Cloudflare) to host the App's static assets and handle webhooks.
4. Data Retention and Compliance
We retain your shop information as long as the App is installed on your store. If you uninstall the App, we will receive a mandatory webhook from Shopify (`shop/redact`) and will delete any data associated with your shop from our temporary processing logs within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
As a merchant, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
6. Contact Us
